Our story

Why we built AKJ.

We started with no clients and a list of creators to message. Our first messages were terrible.

We sent them anyway, and fixed them a little more every day. Two months later, our first creator said yes. Three months after that, we lost her. It hurt, and it taught us more than anything since.

Along the way, we saw how this industry treats creators: big promises, a cut of the money, and a team that disappears. We wanted to build the opposite. A place where your business doesn't own you, where your team actually answers, and where every win is celebrated together.

Because a great month means nothing to us if one of our creators is left behind.
